Yoga helps you feel – past the chatter, past the anxiety – right into the heart of you. Once you’re connected to feeling, you notice when things feel good, and when they don’t. You like feeling good, so you can’t help but keep picking the things that make you feel good. You become your own best care-giver!

You also become your own best life-planner. As you pick up some experience along this road, you begin to trust that.

It’s always hard to start new things. But new things are the only things that are really you. You’re new, you’re unique. Make your own life. Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it.
