If you want to quiet your mind, move. Connect & feel into every part of you. Say hello to everything you’ve got. When the conversation settles, you can be still.

 

If you want to move, quiet your mind. Breathe and feel. When you feel what you’ve got to work with, you can work with it. You’ll move very well. When you’re still, feeling, you can move.

 

Try doing both at the same time! Try doing yoga.
