Toasty Treat

Too cold for your favorite frozen treat but still crave something sweet?  Try this!

Warming Winter Baked Apples:

Directions:

1. Take any apple you like, cut it in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger
2. Place spiced halved apple on a baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees (the apple will soften)
3. Let it cool for a minute (so you don’t burn your mouth!)
4. Serve with a heap of your favorite salted roasted nut butter (almond, macadamia, peanut, whatever you love)
5. Enjoy!!!
