Bess is a mindful & intuitive yoga guide who finds inspiration in the everyday to bring creative energy & variety to her flow classes. Bess has been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years discovering deep peace in the powerful body-mind-spirit benefits of this complete system and way of life. Expect a relaxed & explorative vibe delivered from the heart with a strong focus on feeling, breathing and letting go. Every session contains both relaxing and challenging moments to help the body/mind release tension and stay in the present moment. Sometimes we turn up the heat and get strong and sweaty and other times we find more room in a relaxing flow- either way there are options for all levels and you will leave feeling more vibrant, balanced and connected to the world around from the inside out.
