Hannah (RYT 200) teaches to share the healing power of yoga in body, mind and soul. Hannah enjoys helping people use yoga as a therapeutic tool through strala, vinyasa flow, yin and myosfascial release techniques. She believes yoga can help release muscle tension and energy blockages both physically and emotionally to restore harmony and balance. Hannah loves to create a safe and non-judgmental environment, where people can feel and move with softness and ease no matter what their background or yoga experiences.
