Jayne is a strala yoga, vinyasa flow yoga guide and a healthy living blogger. She leads weekly classes, workshops and yoga retreats.
Jayne’s classes are designed to energise the body, cultivate a meditative consciousness, and give greater vitality and health. She encourages students to turn their gaze inward during their practice, to connect with mind, body and breath – to create a moving meditation. She likes to approach her classes with honesty and humour creating a playful atmosphere within the studio.
Off the mat Jayne loves to travel, get outdoors and spend time exploring the world with her husband Matt.
