My name is Julia and I live in a small town near Vienna, Austria. I’m a translator, an avid traveller and I love good chocolate.
For as long as I can think, I’ve always been looking for ways to feel very healthy and fit, both physically and mentally. Admittedly, I might have been a bit obsessive about that.
I found Strala Yoga when I was sixteen, became less obsessive, more accepting and, in general, the happy, radiant girl I am today.
In 2015, I travelled to NYC for the first time, took my first Strala class with Tara Stiles and came out glowing.
Naturally, I went back in 2016 for the 200+Hour Ready-to-Lead Training. One of the best decisions I ever made.
Currently, I am training to become a clinical/health psychologist focusing on anxiety, depression and stress-related behaviors, and Strala Yoga wonderfully complements that.
As both a psychologist and a Strala Yoga guide, I want to support people in connecting with themselves, becoming true experts in self-care and just ridiculously happy human beings.
