Intensive Training, 2017, 20
Yoga has been part of my life for over fifteen years. I took a yoga book that I found in my mother’s library when I was 14 and started copying the illustrations of the positions right away. I used to fall asleep practicing Yoga Nidra without even knowing what it was. It began as a way to learn how to slow down and take care of myself, until it became my way life. A way to explore our sensations and ourselves through movement.
I trained in many different styles, raging from more physical – dynamic or static – styles, to meditative and spiritual. Strangely enough, I always felt like there was something missing, something that could bring them all together. After discovering Strala, I opened myself to new possibilities and fell immediately in love.
Now I insert a bit of Strala in every class I lead, and in every part of my life as well. Just being ridiculously happy, from the inside out.
I am based in the italian side of Switzerland and northern Italy, but I grew up in Bolivia. Now I lead yoga in studios, in parks, on the lake and on the water on a Stand Up Paddle. Mono Yoga is about exploring our sensations and ourselves through movement.
