I first got into yoga in 2011 on a quest to alleviate my anxiety. I tried a few different types before stumbling upon Strala and really falling in love with it. I found that it was much easier for me to get into that meditative present moment state while I practiced Strala over the other types I tried. it’s what worked for me! I didn’t have those anxious thoughts about what I needed to get done after my yoga class. I could just relax and zen out.聽Before I knew it the class was over and I felt calm and full of energy and ready to tackle life’s obstacles.
Strala has become such a huge help with taming my anxious thoughts and calming my mind and body. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing type of yoga and can’t wait to share it with everyone I meet!
