How To Handstand with Ease

How To Handstand with Ease

A little something to keep the family entertained during the holidays. A few tips! 1. Stay easy. Roll around in your hips. Move your whole body as you rock forward and back. 2. Move with your breath. Inhale as you rock forward. Exhale as you soften back. Your breath is great fuel. Let it help lift you. 3. Keep strength in your arms. No need to lock elbows, or clench any muscles. Just as you keep strength in your legs to stand up, keep strength in your arms to stand upside down. Enjoy!
