  1. Jasmine

    Hi there!

I’ve been practicing yoga for about a year and a half now and especially love the Strala style. I live close to Toronto and think this would be a great opportunity for me to improve in yoga and to learn about Strala’s teaching style as I am considering becoming a yoga instructor. Would this workshop be beneficial for me?

Thanks for your time, I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Jasmine! thanks for getting in touch. So happy you did! The training is a perfect fit for you! It’s an intensive so you’ll be with us for a long time each day, which is a great way to practice finding the ease in the movements and also learning how to lead with ease and guide with ease in your future classes! Hope to see you there! Let me know if you have any other questions about the intensive. You can reach us here or me at tara@stralayoga.com Talk soon! Tara

Awesome! I’m very excited! How quickly do you think this will get full? Do you think I have a week or two to register? Thanks again,

        Jasmine

          Hey Jasmine good morning!

  2. Rebeca

I have a question, I’ve been practicing for about a year now, however do not have previous certification to teach yoga but am looking to do so in the future, would this intensive be appropriate for me, or is it more beneficial for those who have been practicing longer with certification?

    • Hey Rebeca, sorry for the delay! A good number of people going through the intensives are in about the same boat as you. It can be a great way to explore your yoga, and help you along the way as you gain more experience. Thanks and happy Wednesday :)

  3. Ariane

I just signed up to go to the relax class on an impulse! I live a few hours away but thinking of making a fun weekend in Toronto out of this!! :)
Kind of excited to meet Tara in real life hehe!

  4. Gwen F.

Please bring a training intensive or workshop to Chicago or Chicago suburbs! ! :) I would love to take classes from you and all of Strala:) I’m sure dance studios would let you borrow their studios. I have been practicing yoga for about 6 years and I have been practicing classical ballet (also jazz, hip-hop, modern, and lyrical) for nearly all 22yrs of my life. ~peace

  5. Denise H.

Any chance you will bring an instructor class to Illinois? Maybe close to NEWTON! Attended Yoga on the Square and loved it!

  6. Jen Goergen

Thanks for offering this! I was waiting to see if there would be one offered closer to home this year, but I’m too excited to wait! I am hoping to make it to this teacher intensive in May, but I do have a few logistics to work out. Do I have much time to reserve my spot? Is it nearly full?

    • tara

      Hey Jen, sounds great!

We do have some open spots in the Toronto intensive. I expect it will get full, so just sign up when you’re able!

Hope we see you soon, and good weekend!

      Mike

  7. keri jo

Hi, I’m super pumped to maybe be coming for the teacher training. I am just waiting to hear back from my boss, hopefully first thing MOnday. Just wondering if there is still room for someone who loves thinking she might be able to come!

    • tara

Hey Keri Jo, we have room! Hope we see you there, we’re excited for Toronto :) Happy Sunday night!

  8. Julie

Hi! I’m still a beginner but learning fast and love Strala’s yoga style and Tara has become my youtube mentor so to speak. I have a professional ballet training background although that was years ago. I would love to attend the training and my intention is to eventually enrol in a teacher training. Do you think this training would be a good fit or would I just slow everyone down? Thanks in advance.

    • Hey Julie, all our trainings have people from a wide range of backgrounds and experience; it makes for a great group.

If you want to jump into Strala, the intensives are a great way to get things moving. Toronto will be fun, so great if you’re able to join us there!

      • Julie

Thank you Mike. See you in TO!
