Rice Noodles with Almond Cream Curry

 This fantastic meal is so yummy, comforting, and leaves you feeling satisfied and warm and fuzzy without the stuffed pasta belly action. Enjoy!

You’ll Need

2 cups of Rice noodles

2 heaping table spoons Almond Butter

1 orange or red bell pepper

1 cup coconut milk

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon chilly powder

1/2 table spoon hot sauce

Fresh basil

Now What

Prepare rice noodles. cook in boiling water for 5 minutes & drain

Sauce: combine all ingredients (besides basil) in high powered blender & blend

Combine sauce & Rice noodles

Add fresh basil

Enjoy!
