Yoga can be easy and soft and at the same time challenging and intense, and that's fantastic. We want a practice that we can progress with, grow into, and continue with every stage of our life. I'm happy to share a family secret with you. These are my great grandma's go-to cookies that would be gobbled up by all of us kids before she could barely get them out of the oven. Now that I have the recipe and make them on the regular in my own home, I appreciate how clever she was. They call for pretty much all the leftovers in the house.
