You'll Need 4 Slices Ezekiel Bread, or Gluten Free 2 bananas Handfull of blueberries 2 cups almond milk Blender Cinnamon Earth balance butter spread Cast iron skillet (or regular skillet) Maple syrup grade B Now What Blend bananas, milk & blueberries Heat up skillet Add a bit of earth balance butter to skillet Pour mixture into large bowl Dip slices of bread in mixture add to skillet cover with cinnamon cook a few minutes on each side add maple syrup and enjoy!
