Experiment. You’re the world’s leading expert on you, and your laboratory is right there, all the time.

You can ask experts all the questions in the world. You can read every book. Or (sometimes) worse, you can Google it! But . . .

 

When it comes to your health and happiness – having a good time with your life – you’ll never find nearly as a good a resource as you. You’re it. You’re the primary resource!

 

Take your exercise as an example. See how you feel alternating a day of strength with a day of easy movement. Try mornings, try nights. Try two complete rest days each week. Try no rest days at all; move in a way that you don’t need them. It’s just like breathing clean air and eating good food, you do it every day!

Try this also with food. Then try it with your whole life!

 

1) Try different things.

2) Listen to how you feel.

3) Respond to that.

 

Experts, books, and Google aside, at some point we all get where we’re going on our own two feet. The more you practice, the better you’ll get.
