Happy holidays! I’m so excited to share with you an amazing opportunity. I want to tell you about the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), an amazing holistic nutrition school that takes a mind-body approach to wellness. They are offering you a free sample class to experience it for yourself.
IIN’s one-year program helps you find the foods, lifestyle, and relationships that make you feel your best. It’s a program that helps you feel great on an intuitive level, from the inside out. IIN also has so many students and graduates who are yoga instructors, who have added this training to further enhance their businesses and are loving the results!
Want to know the best part? For a limited time, you can get up to $1,000 off tuition at IIN. As an added bonus, if you enroll by Monday, January 12, I’ll send you the full-length ENERGIZE Strala routine … for free. This is IIN’s first class of the year, and it will give you the chance to take your practice to the next level and prioritize your self-care in the coming year.
Why is this so important right now? As the year winds down it’s a time of reflection. Like most of you, I go a million miles a minute in my work and life. I usually see this as an asset, and take silly pride in my ability to get a lot done in a day. On the flip side, I know self-care is essential to working efficiently and accomplishing more with less effort.
When you are out of balance like this, self-care is more important than ever. Developing an arsenal of tools for yourself, whether you are seeking them out as a means to pursue an interest, develop a career, or to heal an ailment is essential because they will find you, and when they do, they will become a priority. I encourage you to not wait for the breaking point, but to proactively prioritize and build your self-care toolbox NOW.
I feel myself at this tipping point sometimes, and thankfully I have the tools to recognize the signs of almost breaking, to back off and slow down. It’s only when we can be responsible for ourselves that we can help ourselves and help others.
I got involved with IIN several months ago when I spoke at their incredible live conference on the benefits of yoga and self-care. My talk, which of course involved getting up, moving, and a few kale jokes, was an inspiring moment for me to connect with a community of like-minded individuals who are all working to make the world a healthier, happier place.
You can learn more about IIN by taking a free class with my friend Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Susan Blum, and other health leaders.
It’s been my mission to help people help other people since I was a little kid meditating in the woods. To make that happen, we need tools and skills, practice, and credibility. Just as Strala is your practice in moving, leading, and helping with ease, IIN is a practice in nourishing with ease. Jump on in and enjoy the ride. Check out more information here about the school.
