Handstands are a ton of fun. Some people find them scary at first, because, hey, you’re upside down. That’s pretty different than how we spend most of our time. Once you get to know your body by playing around, moving around, building familiarity of muscle memory of what it feels like to explore in handstand, the fear goes away and fun starts to rush in.
