Growing on a Path of Connection, Harmony, Ease and Peace

Question: How are the in-person and online trainings all different from each other?  Are the 200 hour in-person programs the same as the 200 hour online training?  Is the 100 hour 7 Secrets of Leadership Training similar to Part 1 in the 200 hour online leadership training?  Does everything change every year?

This comes up each year, as we’re all looking for the best ways to keep growing.  We’re so lucky to be in this with you all.  And we’re even more lucky to be with you on a path measured not in months, but in years and decades of connecting, learning, and experiencing this together, making our world into something better.

So here are a few thoughts that might help with picking where to begin, and what should come next.  As a start, there’s a short answer.

Begin exactly where you are, with whatever looks good to you right now.  Every training we have, both online and in-person, can be taken in any order you like.  Each one has its own unique curriculum, so you always get something different.  And every in-person training we have – intensives, 200+hour, and 300+hour – is something new, every single year.

I’ll share a few examples.  Part 1 of the online 200 hour leadership training focuses on the beginning fundamentals and techniques for moving in a way that heals and enables us to accomplish more, how to lead this, and how to understand the science and physiology underlying these practices.  It also gives an introduction to tai chi, as ground and additional practice for these concepts in movement, alignment, and healing.  And from here Part 2 progresses into an even bigger picture of foundations, skill-sets, and practices, for movement, for healing, and for leadership.

The online 7 Secrets of Leadership Training also gives something different, grounded in what it means to be a good leader, and simply a good person.  And from here it looks at how to construct specific practices, that show where we are now, and support where we want to go.

Overall with these trainings, both in person and online, Tara and I are each pulling from about 10 years of education and study in creating this whole curriculum.  So there’s always much more in the library than what we can share in any training.  And maybe even more, we’re also sharing from our own lives, as we’re learning new things each year.  Which makes every in-person training, every year, into a whole new experience, a whole new adventure.

I think this is a long way of saying, you’ll find in every training your own new collection of foundations, approaches, skills, and practices, along this path of connection, harmony, healing, and easy, peaceful movement through our whole lives.

I hope this helps a bit with your thinking, and always we’re here if you need anything else.
