Decades ago I was always dreaming on a way to invite people who aren’t physically in the same place as we were leading a class, a workshop or a training. Back in those days, apps were something of sci fi. The only thing shown live were televised news and sports. Online video came quickly for me with YouTube, but having a place, for just us, to connect, share, learn from each other, and practice, was still a wish.
It’s been 5 years since we started Strala Home and shorty after it’s now also for you wherever you get your apps (because there are so many places now, apple, android, apple tv, fire, google, roku, etc) It’s a buffet full of convenient choices for how you connect to practice. Our practice is the same as it always has been, and continues to improve, soft, productive, daily, wide-ranging.
