How to work with your body

Your body assumes you’re a good boss.


If you run a lot, it gives you the strength and endurance to make those runs more enjoyable.


If you eat a lot, it gets ready to give you lots of energy for what’s coming up. If you don’t use that energy, your body even assumes you know what you’re doing, and adjusts to prepare for a long winter.


If you keep doing things your body doesn’t like, it might call some meetings with you. Eventually it might also up and look for new management.


To keep things working well, consider being your own boss. You are your body. And you have some great work to do.
