Make a move, not a pose.
Strala Yoga combines elements of yoga with the philosophies and movement theories of Tai Chi, Qigong and Shiatsu and teaches us how to strengthen the connection to our intuition and our feelings. The flowing movements in Stråla Yoga are not about the perfect pose, but rather about correct movement. Through Strala Yoga we learn (again) to listen more to ourselves and our bodies and how we can harmonize breathing and movement.
Through Strala Yoga we create space, space for creativity and for strong connections – to ourselves and to others.
We dive into a flow and enjoy the moment!
Strala Yoga was developed by Tara Stiles and is now taught in Stråla Yoga partner studios as well as by guides worldwide.
What is the Strala Yoga Intensive Training about?
The intensive training offers a wonderful and generous framework for experiencing, learning and trying things out. We want to support you in allowing and anchoring more lightness and calm in your life.
With a variety of practical elements, exercises on the topics of “softness”, “lightness”, “breath-body connection” and “movement from the center” we experience the principles of Strala Yoga together.
We experience what it means to feel a safe and good connection to ourselves and thus have the opportunity to build great connections with others.
Who is the training suitable for?
The training is perfect for you if you simply enjoy Strala Yoga and want to delve deeper into the subject. Even if you don’t know Strala Yoga yet, or are even new to yoga, this two-day workshop with its structure and topics is perfect.
If you are interested in a Strala Yoga Teacher Training (in 2025 at YogaZeit) and are curious about the topic of “guiding”, then the intensive training is a perfect place to try out a “small training” and thus get to know and feel Strala Yoga even better.
This weekend is also aimed at you if you are interested in general topics such as mindfulness in everyday life, mindfulness at work or in a leadership role (in the family, at work or wherever you hold the reins). In various exercises and workshops we will delve deeper into the Strala philosophy and learn far beyond the edges of the yoga mat :).
Approximate procedure
What happens in the 2 days?
We want to help you feel better, both on the yoga mat and in everyday life. Strala Yoga and its philosophy creates the perfect framework for this and gives us useful tools to practice “feeling good” every day.
The Strala Yoga Intensive Training is therefore designed in such a way that it makes sense for us and our individual needs and goals. We go into the intensive practice of the Strala core elements with a focus on softness , breath-body connection and movement from the center , enter into dialogue and experience how we can develop our great individual potential with good and correct movement.
We deliberately incorporate elements of Tai Chi and Qigong into the exercise units in order to practice and internalize their character and their positive effect on our movement.
