Hi Friends,

I’m ramping up, breathing deep, and incredibly excited to share with you all, Make Your Own Rules Diet. It’s my 3rd book, but in so many ways feels like my first. Thanks to my publisher and advisors at Hay House, I felt empowered to make my own rules for real this time, and share with you exactly the book that I’ve been wanting to write and deliver.

For the last several years I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many people with incredibly inspiring stories of overcoming emotional and physical blocks that have gotten in the way of happiness and radiance. I’m lucky. A first conversation I have is more along the lines of something deeply personal and powerful than a distant, how are you, what do you do. This connection is my favorite part of my daily life. Connecting hearts, souls, drive, ambition, and desire to help and change right from the get go. We cut right through and get to the good stuff, always.

I share more on my personal story behind writing this book on my dear friend Jason Wachob’s site MindBodyGreen.com. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jason and Colleen for many years, back when Jason was the only blogger and also in serious back pain. Through self-care and gentle persistence, we’ve watched both our missions rise and I’m grateful to have close friends during all sorts of times in my life.
