Every Inhale Refreshes. Every Exhale Renews.

It’s my birthday month and a time to reflect and enjoy new beginnings. My friend Tao Porchon-Lynch used to say nature recycles itself and so can we. We can practice refreshing with every breath. The buds appear and bloom everywhere. Nature brushes in warmer air, and the feeling of the sun on us renews our optimism and energy.

I’m feeling optimistic and grateful about our practice together here on Strala Home. I’ve been leading yoga for a long while now in person and online, and this home base, now two years in, has become a beautiful home studio where we can get strong, gain energy, focus, creativity, and encourage each other, together.

It makes me smile that 10 years ago I turned to Mike at our NYC studio and said, “Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could broadcast this experience to anyone who’s interested, anywhere, and include everyone?” Here we all are, doing just that, and it’s sweeter than I ever imagined.

We have loads of nice-looking 30, 20, and 10-minute practices for you this May, in addition to our live together classes. And every single class is saved, so you can watch any time you want. We also added some suggested daily practices, to energize your whole self on StralaHome.
