Peanut Butter Bars

These peanut butter bars are super easy, pretty healthy and delicious. I developed this recipe for my book Make Your Own Rules Diet and the bars are also featured on the menu at select W hotels. Total make time is about 30 minutes. You an enjoy fresh out of the oven and they are fresh for several days. Store in an airtight container after they cool for maximum goodness.

You’ll Need

2 cups almond or oat flour
2 table spoon egg replacers or 1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil

Now What

Mix everything
Pour into glass baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Dip with a fork. When it comes out clean they’re ready.
