Hi Friends,

Hope you are having a great start to your week. We’re nearing the end of fall training at Strala, and we’re all feeling connected and elevated from all the positive vibes. It’s got me reflecting on how attitude is the most important quality when it comes to leading a Strala class, and well, pretty much anything in life.


We can literally change how we feel by shifting our attitude, shifting our attention on what’s in front of us, and being there for those around us. This shift puts us in a receptive, super happy place where we give and receive support, no matter what we are going through. We are reminded to move how it feels good, stay easy, and work within an open space of ourselves, rather than filling the space with a fixed story or feeling. We are reminded to create space for those we come in contact with so we can help people relax and feel free, instead of filling each bit of space with our current perspective on what we think others need.

We work through and practice these concepts while practice the technique of leading a class. The technique is the structure of the class we deliver, the positive attitude of freedom and ease is the experience. We go all day practicing and leading these concepts and we leave after a long day so energized and full of joy and ease.

Get Easy Now

Sit up tall wherever you are. Close your eyes and let your attention drift a bit deeper inward. Simply watch your inhales and your exhales as they come and go. Take a big inhale and float your arms up and over your head. Exhale and bring your thumbs to your heart beat. See if you can feel your heart pumping for you. Take a big inhale through your nose. Easy exhale out through your mouth. Twice more like that. Big inhale. Easy exhale. Big inhale. Easy exhale. When you are ready, gently relax your hands on your thighs and open your eyes.
