Simplify: Home Retreat with Tara Stiles

Hi Friends!

Align your actions with how you want to feel.

This retreat has been my personal practice to realign my self in real time with how I want to feel. We are always evolving and changing. Our needs, desires and dreams evolve as well. It’s so easy to get stuck in the habits that worked last month or last year while we change. We get in trouble when we cling to our old selves too much and fear evolving into the lovely beings that we are. I put together Simplify to help you gain comfort and safety with where you are in your life right now and to add clarity and real lasting practices that point you exactly where you would like to head. Change is a direction we move into, not an end point we are stuck with. The more you allow yourself to be in the flow with yourself with compassion and self care, the more the real you emerges.

Affects of Simplifying

Clarity. Peace. Inspiration. Boundless Energy. These are a few of the many affects from the profound practice of simplifying.

Simplifying is about slowing down enough so you can listen to what’s happening with you and respond accordingly. From here we have clarity in our actions.

We are so used to racing through our lives, disconnected, busy and barely staying on top of our tasks. It eaves little room for joy, creativity and feeling good. No matter how much we accomplish, when we live in a stress-state, we will never be satisfied, happy and at ease. Simplifying is a choice to listen to yourself, honor your desires, and settle into daily actions that align with your real self.

What to Expect

Each day in this retreat is themed to guide you through lasting transformation, back to your natural state of simplicity, abundance and joy. We begin with a mental reset, move into alignment through yoga to gain clarity, rework your relationship with your body, reflect on your personal environment, build a sustainable routine that leads to progress, and celebrate your dedication with a joyful practice.

Next we dive into simplifying your kitchen, aligning your home with how you want to feel, and setting up financial wellbeing practices. This is about getting honest with yourself, your needs, desires and goals through practice and reflection on and off the mat. I’m thrilled for you to dive in and enjoy the power of simplifying.

Feeling Fulfilled through Practice

Personally I’ve been making a shift heavily toward simplifying in the last few years, and the benefits have been mind blowing. I feel satisfied with myself as I work toward progress. I feel more connected to myself and those around me, and have clarity in the choices in my life, big and small.

The world is changing fast and it can be overwhelming to navigate our way while also feeling good. Through the practices in Simplify I’m thrilled to help you feel more connected to you. The magic is inside. Let me know how it goes.

Love, Tara

Cool thing is when you create a good relationship with yourself, finding the right relationship with others becomes a joy. From @stralayoga training in Berlin a couple years back. It’s so easy to stick to habits that are familiar, even when they are destructive. We all have our reasons, our armor and our guard up to protect ourselves against whatever specific formula triggers us. We are afraid if we are more gentle with ourselves, we won’t be braced to defend ourselves, but the opposite is true. Moving like you love yourself in yoga and life is a choice to create a new, lasting habit, a way of being truly you.Tai Chi, nature, science, and the wisdom of your Great Grandmother, remind us when you go to war with yourself, you lose. When you move with whole self harmony towards progress, treating every bad habit you find along the way as a gold mind opportunity to move toward balance, you feel better, your body works better and you have access to more of yourself. You have a chance to do some good.I move like I love myself. It can start with an idea, a mantra, a practice, a way of being. If you choose to let it make a home in you, you will have gone to peace with yourself.
