Hi Friends,

Look at what we are doing together! This video captures the spirit of Strala and the ease and fun that it brings out and connects us all to expand and radiate onward.


In creating the concepts and structure of the experience, I realized I was uncovering the best aspects of who I’d like to be and the practice of Strala is about practicing who we would like to be while enjoying where we are.

Breath body connection.

Each inhale creates physical, mental and emotional space. Each exhale moves you right in. The breath becomes the fuel for our body’s movement and allows space for our mind to be at ease. We can accomplish so much more with less effort when the breath is in charge and our body gets the pleasure of going along for the ride.

Reminder to feel.

With the reminder to explore and feel, hard things become easy and we have room to go further with less effort. Move how it feels good to move. Linger where it feels nice to linger. When we explore we discover. When we discover we are in the magic moment of now.

Natural Movement.

Moving naturally allows us to be calm and centered while we enjoy and have fun. Softening the knees and moving from the hips and belly, allows us to be easy while we move. We go beyond a goal by moving steadily through the process.

And of course, this all combined, leads us to uncover and enjoy a strong body, calm mind, and ridiculously happy self.
