What is the Strala Yoga Intensive Training?

In this 2-day intensive in Munich Germany, we will explore the basic elements of Strala Yoga practice. It is important to us that the intensive provides inspiration for both formal practice and everyday life.

This training provides impetus to uncover bad habits and unhealthy behaviors and to align lifestyles in a health-promoting way. Using various tools and movement practices, you will learn how to replace stress and tension in body and mind with softness and relaxation, and how to draw strength, potential, and inspiration from this. Bringing ease and relaxation into both the challenging and the easy situations of life is part of the practice, which we will explore through various exercises as well as time for exchange and reflection.

In the Strala Yoga Intensive, you’ll gain a detailed insight into the Strala philosophy. With the Strala Yoga philosophy, you can transform your yoga and meditation practice into a meditation in motion. You’ll cultivate the foundation for a gentle, powerful, connected, and healthy body and mind. We’ll focus on the inner source from which authentic inspiration, presence, and expression become visible in the outer world.

What is Strala Yoga?

In Strala Yoga practice, you will experience how the connection between breath and movement, and the reconnection to sensing, feeling, and perceiving through natural movements, leads to a meditative state. You will learn how to strengthen your connection to your intuition, your feelings, and your creativity, and create a space to move with joy, ease, and gentleness. This physical and mental practice helps to release tension, initiate your own healing process, and meet challenges gently and with greater ease. In addition to enriching time on the yoga mat, the focus is always on developing a health-promoting attitude and behavior in everyday life. The alignment with a sustainably health-motivated lifestyle, as well as access to methods of self-regulation and self-care, are the result of regular practice. Strala Yoga draws on the fundamental principles of yoga, Tai Chi, and Far Eastern healing traditions.

Who is the intensive course aimed at?

The Strala Yoga Intensive is aimed at anyone who has an interest in health, personal growth, presence and joy of life.

Whether you are already familiar with Strala Yoga or the world of yoga and meditation is completely new to you, the Strala Yoga Intensive will enrich your experience. Everyone uses what they bring with them and starts where they are.

If you already practice or perhaps even teach yoga, you’ll find inspiration here on how to bring more gentleness, authenticity, and openness to your practice. You’ll experience how to approach seemingly challenging movements with ease and individuality. Fun, experimentation, and play are core elements of this practice.

What we experience becomes our reality. Our daily lives shape our inner attitudes and habits. In this intensive training, we focus on the habits that empower us to live our lives with greater ease, balance, and openness. Positive changes can only be sustainable if they stem from intrinsic motivation. Good intentions alone are not enough. The positive effects must be felt and experienced – physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

The Strala Yoga Intensive Training provides you with new insights and skills that you can apply in a wide variety of contexts. Even if you don’t consider yourself a yogi or work as a yoga teacher, you can still gain valuable insights from this training for both your professional and personal life. Through its experiential approach, which is applicable to everyday life, the training content is relevant to many situations.
