7 Days to Strength and Ease Challenge

It’s kind of awesome to start each practice with a little reflection on why you are doing this thing. Of course, it’s good for you, healthy and all of that, but there are specific reasons that are unique to you, and when you ask the question, your inspiration and outcomes become even more big.

I’ll go first 🙂 I want to get strong so I can have energy to be with Daisy and Mike and our strala community in the biggest and best way I can. I want to have access to my mental clarity so I can write the best possible version of Living Softly and get it in the world in the smoothest and best ways. When I start there, my practice is focused, steady and full of energy.

How about you?

In addition to our daily yoga and tai chi practice, we’ve launched our 7 Days Challenges since January and it’s been so much fun. We started with 7 Days to Softness and eased into 7 Days to Create Space. This month is all about 7 Days to Strength With Ease.

All you have to do is practice each class (in your own time) some time during the month. Leave a comment on each video letting us know how it went for you and how you feel, so we know you are there. You’ll be entered to win a hat knitted by me and a Strala Yoga swag bag of goodies. I’ve knitted and gifted hundreds of hats, along with a few sweaters and blankets over the years. It’s so fun for me to knit for you!

Something special about the Strala Yoga app is we have a new practice every day. I am really there with you every day. I read every comment and appreciate every moment of connection. Mike and I practice along side you every day. I know from a couple decades now of experience and connecting with so many people all around the world, that we don’t need a rest day from taking good care. When our practice comes along with a struggle, it feels like a punishment. We end up stressed, injured and accept all this as normal, when it’s the furthest thing from helpful. A great practice is one that supports your wellbeing every moment along the way. It’s possible to get strong without the struggle, and the proof is in our practice.
