Tai Chi for Your Yoga Practice

Hi everybody,

It’s been a week now since we got together at the new farm studio in upstate New York, for sharing all these yoga, tai chi, and qigong practices together.  And it reminded me of something Tara’s always said. Online is great, in person is magic

So that’s why I’m writing to you now. Because the other thing I’m remembering, after these last few weeks sharing with some really awesome groups in Switzerland, Germany, and NY, is there’s a magic in these tai chi and qigong practices, that carries across our yoga, and our whole lives.

Just having this chance to make a connection with other people – learning these foundations for mobility, harmony, breath, ease, making it all practical for whatever we’re up to each day, is magical. And maybe most of all – learning how to be movable, so we can be moved by each other – transforming wherever we each are into a safer and better place – I’m not sure about the best word, but I know it’s wonderful, amazing, to have this chance in our lives now.

Which is why I’m so excited! Because we have a special chance to keep this going together now. Actually a couple of chances. You probably know about our 200+Hour Yoga Teacher Training program coming up in Berlin this November, and it’s just fine to join this one for a weekend or a week if that’s easier for you.

And on top of this, we also have something completely new. A whole weekend of sharing these tai chi and qigong foundations and everyday life practices, together in Berlin, February 1 and 2. I’ll give a link to info for you below, and there’s a really special early-bird registration now, to help with it all.

Ok last thought for now, there’s another thing that becomes so clear in these practices. All this magic is in you, and it’s a gift to get together this way, to show each other in so many ways, what’s here for us. I hope I see you all really soon!

Thank you everybody, for being here and sharing in all this together.  I hope this weekend is bringing some good things your way, and please always if you need help with anything, just give me a shout at mike@stralayoga.com or @taichimiket
