Hey friends!

I’m so happy to be back to my awesome StralaNYC family. And it seems that I made it back just in time for spring weather!

I’m back from an awesome adventure from London, Paris, Berlin and Vieques. It’s so inspiring to meet passionate, excited people leading Strala around the world and reaching so many. I had some time to take some walks and reflect on my intentions with the work I do. The practice of reflection on intention I owe to the guidance of my dear friend Mallika Chopra. She taught me that we have intentions whether we consider them or not. Our Intentions inform our actions which carve out how we live our lives. When we take the time to consider our intentions and choose wisely with our heart, we can affect some serious positive change that begins right inside.

Mallika Chopra, is coming to StralaNYC this Thursday, April 9th to lead a meditation and to share her new book, Living with Intent: My Somewhat Messy Journey to Purpose, Peace and Joy. I’m excited to introduce someone so special to the StralaNYC community. As I think about my journey over the last few years, I am so thankful to people like Mallika who have shown me by example how to find purpose in all that I do every day.

If you’re in NYC, I’d love to see you there!

xo,
Tara
