Strala Yoga: Weekend of Softness

RSVP and more info here

Strala Yoga connects people, and over the years a worldwide community has grown: people who practice together, share their experiences, learn from each other, and simply enjoy being together.
In September 2026, the time has finally come again: the founder of Strala Yoga, Tara Stiles, will be visiting us in Metzingen for a whole weekend. With her new book, ‘Living Softly’ (to be published in 2027), we’re already offering some exciting insights.

Our ‘Weekend of Softness’ is an invitation to simply enjoy yourself. No pressure, no expectations. Together we want to slow down, breathe deeply, practice Strala Yoga, connect with one another, and celebrate all these beautiful experiences together. We are so excited to welcome you to Metzingen on September 26th and 27th, 2026.

The focus is on the joy of practice, genuine connection, and that wonderful feeling of constantly reconnecting with yourself. For us, softness means less pressure, more flow, more ease on the mat and in everyday life.
In addition to yoga classes, you can expect inspiring talks and many beautiful shared moments centered around Strala Yoga as a way of life. Tara Stiles & Anna Rampf and many more will guide you through the weekend.

The practice helps people reduce stress, overcome challenges more easily, and find a source of inspiration and healing within themselves. ‘A yoga that feels like you.’
