200+Hour Ready-to-Lead Training, 2017, 200
My Yoga journey started about 10 years ago with a vinyasa type class which I loved from the very beginning, . I didn’t know it back then but what helped me stick to it and follow was my teacher’s approach; it was easygoing and free of dogma.
I came from a very competitive background of adventure and extreme sports, so from that mindset I felt the need to push, even in my yoga practice. That lead me to no good and even into injuring myself pretty bad, having to give it up for a while. Since I still wanted to do some kind of moving meditation, went on to explore Tai Chi as a moving easy and gracefully to healing option. And I loved it right away.
As I healed and wanted to go back to yoga I googled yoga+taichi+healing and STRALA came up. I had hit the jackpot!! Since then, Strala has been the only way to yoga for me, it is so in tune with my true nature and has helped me deeply to reconnect. That is why I immediately knew I wanted to become a guide to spread the ease and help others feel the same way.
I love the way Strala is so off the mat, it is more about YOU and the way you can be, with all your potential, than about ¨ nailing a pose ¨. It is the perfect combination of ease, confidence and creativity; all put together trough the exploration of movement.
