Yoga works best when practiced regularly. Our aim is to make that easy, by having daily practices available and also practicing in a way that feels like you. It’s pretty awesome when you allow yourself to soften and let your yoga be a part of you, instead of another box to check off for the day. With softness as a foundation you shift from someone who does yoga to someone who moves through life with the qualities you practice. Calm. Ease, Vibrance. Energetic. Connected.
