A few simple tips on getting into a moving rather than posing system of yoga, and on getting into you.
1) Strala moves slowly with your breath.
If you try to push yourself into poses, in line with traditional yoga, it might seem fast to you. If you move easily into your own body, not fast at all. It just feels good, because you feel good.
2) Strala is a moving rather than posing system.
You move slowly & easily everything you have, in every direction you can. You won’t get stuck in poses, or anywhere else. You’ll get very movable and capable in your body and life. The aim isn’t the pose. The aim is you!
3) For health, healing, athletes, and life.
From a medical perspective, our movement steers clear of injuries and is effective for healing. From an athlete perspective, getting more movable means higher performance. From a life perspective, it feels great to be movable in your life!
Feel, and move with how you feel. Get into you. You feel good, so have fun!
