Strala Yoga Festival – Practice Yoga, Practice Life, Metzingen Germany
Strala Yoga connects and so, over all the years of practicing and practicing together, a global community has emerged – a community for exchange, development, collaboration and shared learning and being. We would like to give this gathering a very special meaning this weekend and so we are really looking forward to the first Strala Yoga Festival on July 6th and 7th, 2024 in Metzingen.
The focus of the weekend is on having fun with the practice, connecting with one another and, of course, constantly replenishing and connecting with the values and possibilities that practice on the mat gives us for our lives. In addition to the valuable experiences in the yoga classes, the weekend is inspired by exciting talks and content about Strala Yoga as a life practice. Tara Stiles, Mike Taylor, Anna Rampf and Julia Kupke will guide you through the weekend with various sessions.
Where: Metzingen Kanalstrasse 6, The Gallery, Kanalstraße 6 in Metzingen
When: Saturday July 6 and Sunday July 7 2024. 9am – 6pm Saturday. 9am – 5:30pm Sunday.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes for moving, a yoga mat if you’d like one, and after-class snacks.
Who is this for: Anyone who wants to feel better, hang out with a wonderful group of friends, and enjoy this time together with community.
Cost: EUR 130.00 per day (Early Bird price until May 31st, 2024, then EUR 180.00)
