An Invitation in Every Breath
I’ve been craving a nature haven, ideal for coming together. A place where we can take the pressure off as easily as we do our shoes. A place where we can let go the tension and step into our real, most authentic selves.
As we drove up the tucked-away heavenly ascent to Sundance, I felt a massive sense of space open inside me. You’ll feel it. An immediate invitation to soften, breathe deep and connect to yourself and the nature around envelops your being. Tensions drop. After a few moments to steep, a personalized blueprint for how to proceed most gracefully in life emerges.
We need this space to breathe, live, feel and thrive. I knew this was the perfect spot for bringing people together, for sharing this practice of caring, connection, conservation, inspiration, renewal. I also knew it was the place I would call home.
But I didn’t want this feeling to stop here. Because the truth is, we don’t always have to go so far, to get what we need. Life can be all giving, all pushing ahead, all full speed. Giving is wonderful, but it can be something even better when you create the space you need along the way. And sometimes we can find this in a moment, a breath, a reconnection, so we can replenish and find the way to our most optimal balanced self.
This retreat is my way here, that I want to share with you all. You can be anywhere. At home or away. Whole days open and free, or in the middle of your work week, your holiday week, your family week. It’s a curve back toward your most natural self. Time for you to gain what you need at this moment in your life.
