Hi Friends!

Slow down, check in, replenish, renew

Create Space for Yourself with Rest and Renew You: Home Yoga Retreat with Tara Stiles

Stress, anxiety and burnout have become a common part of our lives. We don’t have to accept an agitated state of living and it doesn’t have to be radical to care for yourself as a daily practice. This yoga and meditation retreat is designed to give you the time, space and care that you deserve. You’ll reset your mental sate, allow your physical self to balance and enjoy the creativity and energy that you have resting inside, waiting to be free.

Get started with Rest and Renew You

28 Daily Talks, Meditations, Nurturing Kitchen Creations, and Yoga Practice Sessions, to help you slow down, connect, and renew your most balanced optimal self.

Whether you have a whole week clear or just some moments in each day, at home or away, you’ll find a foundation here to check in, let go, and discover the space you need to replenish, reinvigorate, and be inspired by who you are.

An Invitation in Every Breath

I’ve been craving a nature haven, ideal for coming together. A place where we can take the pressure off as easily as we do our shoes. A place where we can let go the tension and step into our real, most authentic selves.

As we drove up the tucked-away heavenly ascent to Sundance, I felt a massive sense of space open inside me. You’ll feel it. An immediate invitation to soften, breathe deep and connect to yourself and the nature around envelops your being. Tensions drop. After a few moments to steep, a personalized blueprint for how to proceed most gracefully in life emerges.

We need this space to breathe, live, feel and thrive. I knew this was the perfect spot for bringing people together, for sharing this practice of caring, connection, conservation, inspiration, renewal. I also knew it was the place I would call home.

But I didn’t want this feeling to stop here. Because the truth is, we don’t always have to go so far, to get what we need. Life can be all giving, all pushing ahead, all full speed. Giving is wonderful, but it can be something even better when you create the space you need along the way. And sometimes we can find this in a moment, a breath, a reconnection, so we can replenish and find the way to our most optimal balanced self.

This retreat is my way here, that I want to share with you all. You can be anywhere. At home or away. Whole days open and free, or in the middle of your work week, your holiday week, your family week. It’s a curve back toward your most natural self. Time for you to gain what you need at this moment in your life.

Whether you’re craving some space for yourself, a jump start to your passion, insight for your practice or leading, a new phase of life, or just feel the urge to rest and renew, it’s all in here for you. I can’t wait to be with you to experience this transformation.

Love, Tara

Finding the right distance. It’s a practice we can feel out and adjust in every moment. Cool thing is when you create a good relationship with yourself, finding the right relationship with others becomes a joy. From @stralayoga training in Berlin a couple years back. It’s so easy to stick to habits that are familiar, even when they are destructive. We all have our reasons, our armor and our guard up to protect ourselves against whatever specific formula triggers us. We are afraid if we are more gentle with ourselves, we won’t be braced to defend ourselves, but the opposite is true. Moving like you love yourself in yoga and life is a choice to create a new, lasting habit, a way of being truly you.Tai Chi, nature, science, and the wisdom of your Great Grandmother, remind us when you go to war with yourself, you lose. When you move with whole self harmony towards progress, treating every bad habit you find along the way as a gold mind opportunity to move toward balance, you feel better, your body works better and you have access to more of yourself. You have a chance to do some good.I move like I love myself. It can start with an idea, a mantra, a practice, a way of being. If you choose to let it make a home in you, you will have gone to peace with yourself.
