Inga blends her background as a clinical psychologist (Dipl.-Psych., Germany) with yoga, mindfulness and psychotherapeutic techniques from CBT and DBT into an easygoing, well-rounded MindBodyEmotion therapeutic approach supporting people of all age groups, from babies to adults, on their way to navigating life’s challenges, including severe chronic and psychiatric disease and pain, with more confidence, balance and joy (Yes!).
Inga is the creator and Program Director of the MAPLE MINDS Program for kids and teens with chronic illness, developed in cooperation with the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO, Ottawa, Canada), and the MindBodyFeel Program for adults. She is passionate about providing support for those in need, via group work as well as via highly customized individual sessions in three different languages (English, German, French).
Inga is a several times published international author on yoga/ mindfulness/ health related topics, a passionate Mindful Parenting writer and international public speaker.
Whilst forever calling her birth town Berlin (Germany) her home of the heart, Inga has lived, worked and studied in several different countries and is currently living in Ottawa, Canada, with her family. If you don’t find her doing Strala style yoga, writing or supporting those around her she is probably off somewhere dancing, laughing with friends and family, walking in nature or playing with her little girl.
