Hey! I’m Janna, a yoga guide and Registered Dietitian currently based in Toronto, Canada. I love food, specifically, of the plant-based variety (which most certainly includes chocolate and pasta and most parts of sushi- all parts if you count vegan sushi).
I am very passionate about helping people translate evidence-based health and nutrition information into accessible advice they can use to improve their lives. I subscribe to the notion that healthy living is more than just the food we eat. It encompasses every aspect of our lives from movement and mindfulness to hydration and sleep. I don’t like to take things TOO seriously; as important as food and our health are, we gotta learn to laugh about it all sometimes- that’s healthy too!
