Yummy & Healthy Almond Butter Fudge!

Hi Friends,
Hope you are having a great day so far! Who’s ready for some yummy almond butter fudge? Make this and you’ll be a hit with all of your guests, and you’ll have a yummy, healthy and sweet treat for yourself. It’s so simple to make. You’re sure to fall in love and keep this a constant in your house.

I picked up the idea and recipe from an awesome blogger, Detoxinista. Check out her blog, it’s super awesome and I’ve got a lot of really awesome and healthy recipes from her lately. Big thanks to my mega talented, gorgeous friend Kadee Strickland, super star actress (don’t miss her on Private Practice), for tweeting about her.  I’m hooked!

Yummy & Healthy Almond Butter Fudge
You’ll Need
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil (soften it up by sitting it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes)
1 1/2 Tablespoons raw honey (works with honey for strict vegans or if you are just not into the honey)
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
option for dark chocolate chips (a handful is great!)

Now What
Mix it all together in a bowl
Pour in a glass dish
Freeze for an hour
Cut up in squares and enjoy!
Make sure to store in freezer!
