Being healthy has been an interest of mine since my early 20’s. Question Am I good enough to do yoga? Last week I walked into the yoga studio early. All the teachers were hanging around talking poses and working on poses and helping each other put their feet behind their heads. I'll never be able to do all this, and honestly don't want to.
