A curious thing happened to me the other day, and it got me to thinking. There I was at the end of a yoga class, relaxing and ‘letting it all go’ in Savasana, when I had a great idea. What was this great idea? It doesn’t matter. The fact is that I seem to have some of my best ideas when I am in Savasana, just in that time when I don’t want to attach to any thoughts at all. Learning new things is such an important part of life. I recently met a woman on an airplane whose mother was celebrating her 103rd birthday. Apparently she attributes her longevity to constantly learning new things and keeping herself challenged. When it comes to the process of learning, I find there to be a certain paradox. Hey Kids, Just felt like reaching out and connecting with all the readers here on our growing-like-a-weed Strala blog. Quite an amazing culture has developed around not only the studio in NYC, but around the globe and it's so exciting to see.
