Community is everything. Tara and I are about to begin our course in Amsterdam, and we're thinking of everyone coming together to share this experience. We're lucky to have people from so wide a range of backgrounds and experience - beginners and long-time practicers, teachers of all styles, people looking to run faster or strengthen their game, perform better at work, heal what needs healing, and just all-around feel amazing.
